Jake Sedaka

Jake has always had a passion in the field of recruitment. After receiving a dual B.A. in Human Resources and Business Management from Rowan University, Jake joined a boutique recruitment agency where he was one of the top sales consultants during his tenure. He quickly ascended to a Team Manager/Principal consultant where he built and led the Construction & Development Division. Jake has continued to show an innate ability to build strong, personal relationships with both clients and candidates that he works with. He has placed candidates at all levels ranging from Junior positions to Executive and Director level positions in the AEC industry. His clients range in size from 10M-500M+ in revenues per year. Jake formed Advanced Partner Solutions with a goal to provide first class service to his clients who are leading Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate Development and Property Management companies.
